Housewife Seeks Divorce From American Based Husband For Lack Of Care
A housewife, Hauwa Abba, 29, on Wednesday sued her significant other Haruna Muhammad, at Sharia Court I, Magajin Gari, Kaduna, requesting that the court break down their marriage.
Hauwa told the court that her better half, who made a trip to the United States of America six years prior, left her without consideration or physical consideration.
“At whatever point I grumbled to him on the telephone, his answer was that no one but demise could do us part.
“I have burned through N50,000 sending summons from the court twice through the DHL and I have proof that demonstrates that he got the request, yet he would not come over or to in any event send somebody for his sake.
“I would prefer not to fall into enticement. I need the court to end our marriage,” she told the court.
The judge, Dahiru Lawal, requested the complainant to join her observers on April 15 for them to affirm on to what extent the respondent had been away in the U.S.
The judge additionally requested the complainant to join proof of the summonses sent to the litigant through the DHL.
